Welcome to our selection of herb heirloom seed many of which are also organic seed.

Note:  Drying herbs is best done in a dark cool area.  Just bunch and hang or place in a basket.  The key is darkness with air circulation. 

Each Variety listed below indicates the appropriate plant hardiness zones. Remember, hardiness zones are only rough estimate, microclimates exist depending upon degree of slope either towards or away from the sun, wind patterns etc.
