Cream of Saskatchewan
Outstanding sweetness in a white/creamy fleshed round watermelon. The skin is very thin and so does not keep well. This is the watermelon to try if you live in the north. To determine if it is ripe tap it with you fingers - you will hear a pink, pank or punk. Punk is ripe although because they are white fleshed they can be eaten a little immature. Pkg = 20 M = 80 days
