Very decorative, these blue-grey leafed perennials produce a gourmet delight.  For a special treat, try pickling the hearts.Artichokes should be started indoors, 6 to 8 weeks before they are to be set out.  May produce the first year if conditions are right. We grow them in pots which we store in the garage so that the extreme frost will not kill the plants. Pkt=20
